ITS has created a new Gradebook authorization group to upload grades and attendance to ISIS. The authorization was created to allow schools to have a backup to the school's Gradebook Manager to upload grades at the end of the marking period.

• The new group is WGBU - Gradebook Upload.
• Users are authorized via AAAA+ in the Principal's Portal.
  • Authorizations take 48 hours to take effect.
• WGBU users can only access the MDCPS - Gradebook Upload Utilities web page.  They cannot see or modify grades or attendance nor do they have access to any part of the District Electronic Gradebook.
  • The link to the MDCPS - Gradebook Upload Utilities page can be found on the authorized user's Applications and Sites page in the Employee Portal.
